Coffee Hit sells coffee and coffee equipment to make specialty coffee brewing simple for people whether at home or in a café environment.
They have two large eCommerce sites. Coffee Hit Trade is a B2B site that sells to trade customers in the coffee shop industry. Coffee Hit sells direct to retail customers. With more than a thousand coffee products and over 70,000 customers, Coffee Hit has built a reputation as the go-to coffee store for all discerning coffee lovers.
Working With STORY22
Coffee Hit wanted a StoryBrand Guide that could support ongoing copywriting and digital marketing. They were using another agency at the time and had enjoyed their best year to date but wanted to see how much further the StoryBrand approach could take them.
We undertook a marketing strategy review before overhauling digital ad content and management, revamping email campaigns, revising key product descriptions, crafting regular blogs and taking over social media management.
