Welcome, Jennie! The STORY22 team is growing…

October has been a great month for our growing marketing agency – we’ve coached more than a dozen international business leaders through the two-day StoryBrand livestream marketing workshop;  kicked off some fantastic projects with some awesome new clients in the US, France and UK, and most significantly, we welcomed the arrival of our new marketing manager Jennie Leighton to the team.

After previously holding marketing positions at Qube Media and Southbank International School, Jennie will be supporting our clients with content creation and managing our own outbound marketing.

With a Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Jennie jumped at the chance to work at a female-run agency. She said: “I loved the idea of working for a female-run business – there aren’t enough of them out there and this is something I believe strongly in so to be a part of that was exciting.

“But I also wanted to work for STORY22 because I love how the StoryBrand framework is used as a foundation for everything for clients. It has been eye-opening to see this in practice after years of seeing marketing as a minefield of jargon and fluff. It just makes so much sense.

“I’m looking forward to getting involved with the charity work STORY22 has committed to as well. With the agency supporting two charities with their marketing throughout 2021 I’m really happy to be working for a company that is happy to give back in this way.”

Recruitment programme

Jennie’s appointment marks an exciting time for STORY22 as we embark on a recruitment programme for a marketing assistant through the KickStart programme and a graphic design and marketing assistant on an apprenticeship scheme.
